to Use SMARTBEAD
Without
One-Touch Tape...

Cut SMARTBEAD to the desired length |
2..
With raised center of SMARTBEAD facing outward, bend
inward and pull through the hand. |
3.
Apply base coat
of joint compound to corner edges. |
 |

| 4.
Lightly press SMARTBEAD
into base coat of joint compound. |
5..
Secure SMARTBEAD in place by pressing firmly with tape
knife. |
6.
When joint compound
and SMARTBEAD are well bonded, apply joint compound to outside surface
and finish normally. |
How
to Use SMARTBEAD
With
One-Touch Tape...

| 1.
Cut SMARTBEAD to
the desired length |
2.
With raised center
of SMARTBEAD facing outward, bend inward and pull through the hand. |
3.
Peel 3 to 4 inches
off one tape strip and place SMARTBEAD into the starting position.
Then, continue to strip the tape and press the exposed adhesive to
the wall until completed. Repeat with the other tape strip. |

to the outside surface and finish normally. |
